Saffron — Supports a positive mood and emotional balance.Ashwagandha — Helps manage stress and promotes calm.L-Theanine — Encourages relaxation and focus without drowsiness.I took these pills just three separate times, days apart, no other supplements, with food, and each time this gave me a huge headache. i could feel like brain “switching” just after 20 minutes of swallowing the pill and feeling off. A similar feeling so an SSRI which my body hates. Unfortunately it’s just not for me so that reflects my review. For reference i’m 28 years old, 115 lbs, healthy but not active.Personally i think the price is a high for a plastic bottle but i know its Rituals branding to have “luxury prices”. The previous reviews mentioned the citrus smell and its because there’s a scent pod in there which i like the smell of. There’s other brands that offer the same supplement mix but i wanted to experience the hype for myself… which flopped.
