Great feeding spoons!

This is a great spoon for a 6 month old learning to feed herself. I like that you can smash the food into it for easy eating for a baby with no teeth. It’s easy to hold and handle. Great learning baby spoon. Definitely recommend

A must have for babies starting solids!
These spoons have been essential in helping my little guy to start solids. He was able to pick these up and feed himself as early as 6 months old. Sure, every baby solids adventure at first is a little messy, but the fact that these have the grooves that hold onto mashed foods better, made it so much easier! I use them at home, for travel, and have recommended them to many of my friends with little babies. They are good quality, and you can put them in the dishwasher, handwash, or throw them in your bottle sanitizer!

Work great as pre-teethers to hold and bite
We are trying not to introduce a pacifier, and we use these as chew toys for 5 mo old baby- he loves them. Can hold and bite from either end! Haven’t tried yet for self feeding. Good value, nice colors, quality design.

BLW Godsend for babies learning to self feed
Love these spoons. I introduced them as early as 5 months as a teether which I would put mashed foods onto. Great for getting him exposed to the concept. I would then leave them in the bowl and he, after being used to using them as a teether, would automatically put them in his mouth with the food on them. Unlike the more expensive num num brand, these have a gag proof safety feature, so less money for more practical use? Sold. These are lighter than panda ear utensils, which my baby is now trying to transition to. I literally can not rave about these enough. Of all the baby led weaning supplies I have purchased, these have been the best and easiest for teaching my child how to self feed!

accurate description…STRONG SMELL
The description and color is pretty accurate. Easy for baby to hold. The reason for the 3 stars is that they have a strong plastic/ silicone smell to them even after washing and sterilizing. I don’t know if we will use these as my primary set because of that… but other than the smell the grips are great for first time feedings and introducing purées.

Really handing for self-weaning with smushy food, baby loves chewing on it for teething too, great the way they can’t stick down their throats like with typical baby spoons. They are quite soft and flexible, would benefit from being a little firmer but good none the less.

Nicely made, very well proportioned for little hands that want to feed themselves. Does not go deep in the mouth because of the design, so baby is safe and can easily find his way into his mouth.
