Liquid gold for sleepless children!
My spouse did some research and came across this product. I wasn’t really a believer until after the third and fourth time we used it for our 3yr old. She would always wake up every morning at 5:30am ready to start her day. Even on the weekends when everybody likes to sleep in. However, after the first few times we use the product we would have to go wake her up at 9-10am even on the weekends. It also helps her to sleep till her alarm goes off for preschool.This stuff is great for children that are sleepless or don’t get a decent amount of restful sleep.Leave now, incorporated it into our bedtime routine and it has worked amazing wonders. We have switched from using melatonin into this product and it works significantly better.** Overall amazing product wish I would’ve found it sooner

The Bedtime Game Changer
Honestly, I wasn’t sure about topical magnesium, but this roll-on has been a huge win for our family’s evening routine. Getting my kid to truly wind down used to be impossible, and I was exhausted from the bedtime battles. Since we started rolling this on their feet and spine about 15 minutes before stories, we’ve noticed a significant difference in their calmness. The nervous energy and nightly fidgeting are just gone. Most importantly, their sleep is so much deeper and less restless. They wake up looking truly refreshed, and we aren’t dealing with as many middle-of-the-night wake-ups. It’s so easy to apply—zero mess, and my child actually asks for the ‘calm ball’ now. Highly recommend!

I will absolutely swear by this stuff.The first thing that you need to understand about magnesium is that, there is different types. If you’re looking for something to help your child sleep, you need magnesium glycinate. I’d never heard of magnesium zechstein before this product. And magnesium citrate is practically useless but sold the most because it has a quick absorption rate.I have been using this magnesium roll on for about a month now. I have a very high energy child who is highly empathic and holds onto all the feelings throughout the day.I was advised to put my boy on magnesium twice a day and iron supplements due to a dermotophagia issue he was having in which he was chewing the skin off his fingers.Aside from the finger chewing, he just started kindergarten this year. And using this roll on magnesium has significantly improved so many issues. Number 1 being, he is no longer chewing his fingers. But He went from red dots at school and yelling and crying after being picked up, to green smileys daily and actual conversation upon pick up. It’s not an immediate reaction. It’s a leveling that the children will go through throughout use. But once it changes you will notice.I searched very hard to find an adequate DAYTIME magnesium for my boy, and I am so glad I found this.

Didn’t Work For Us
Like others have already said, the smell is a bit off-putting. I bought this for my 6 year old daughter to help with winding her down for bed in the evening. For us, this didn’t work. I had high hopes, but we’ve had better luck with using magnesium gummies.

Amazing stuff
So you’re telling me this is all I needed?! This stuff actually works. Usually My baby kicks and fights his sleep before he even gets sleep and he usually wakes up 1 or 2 times a night crying. That doesn’t happen anymore because of this stuff. We all get better night sleep now and baby definitely is in abetter mood when he wakes up
