So far so good!
A friend recommended these to me, I have been struggling with sleep, pretty certain it is hormonal. I have found that if I have no wine, and no ice cream at night (apparently this causes blood sugar to crash in the middle of the night) and take this supplement my sleep is much improved!!

I have taken this for 2 weeks and it actually had the reverse effect and made me more awake! Don’t waste your money.

Refreshing, deep sleep!
I was a little skeptical and tried other products before trying this one. I should have tried this one first! It does work and work well! I go to sleep fast, stay asleep all night, and wake up refreshed. No groggy or sluggish feeling at all.

Didn’t Work For Me:(
I took this for a month & tried both the 1 pill and 2 pill dosages. This has zero effect on my sleeping:( For example, I took 2 last night & woke up 8 times between 10pm-4am & didnt sleep at all after that. I totally wish I could get my money back for this one because it’s expensive for a supplement that does absolutely nothing for me! Insomnia has many different causes so I’m sure it will help some people!
