As she on as I received the bottle I tried one. The taste is a little bit citrusy with hint of sugar swetness. In 10 minutes I felt really sleepy while watching tv.

These definitely induce calm and mild drowsiness, and I quite like the flavor, but I’m not sure these are the right thing for me to use regularly. For one thing, I’d like more information about the manufacturing and testing of these, but I’ve used products with both GABA and L-theanine before, so I had some idea of what to expect. If you’re new to either or both of those and want to try them with this, you might begin with a half dose and see how you feel.Another thing that bothers me a little is that the product description says these gummies are vegan but the bottle isn’t labeled as such. It could be that these are actually “vegan friendly” by which I mean that they’re not made with animal products and/or produced in a place that doesn’t also have animal products going through its equipment. Vegan certification costs money, and I get that companies don’t want to rack up additional expenses, but I’d like the label on the bottle and the product description to align on this point.The effect was as expected. About 20 minutes after taking a full dose, I felt very relaxed. After another 10 or 15 minutes, I was sleepy. There was no change in thinking or anything like that. I certainly wouldn’t have done anything like try to drive somewhere or workout. It was simply a rising calm that helped me settle down in the evening and fall asleep a little quicker than usual. That’s all I want from a product like this. And if I wanted to take the edge off after an especially stressful day, I’d probably just use a half dose.I received these in September 2025. The expiration date is January 2027, which is ample time in which to use these.On opening the bottle, I got a powerful berry scent. It was pleasant but surprising. Fortunately, this reduced dramatically after a few days. At this point, I can smell it if I put my nose over the opening and sniff, but it’s not overpowering anymore.Taste is subjective, but these are some of the better gummies I’ve had. Most are too sugary for me. These have a bit of sweetness but are mostly tart, which is exactly what I like. If you’re not into tartness, this may challenge you. (Note that there is only one flavor in the bottle. In both photos included with this review, you can see small color variations in the gummies, but that’s all it is: color variation, not flavor variation.)I appreciate that these aren’t loaded with sugar or lots of other unnecessary ingredients and that there’s no melatonin. It’s not that I have a problem with melatonin; on the contrary, I sometimes use it when I’m having trouble sleeping. But I’ve found that a little goes a really long way for me, and most formulations contain far more than I need. Also, I don’t want to take a supplement with a whole bunch of things in it when one or two of those will do the job. This is simple, and I like simple.The texture is soft and slightly sticky when chewing. I’ve got dental work that I need to be careful of, so this was just right for me. It stuck a bit in places but didn’t linger too long, and it didn’t take too much chewing to break the gummies up.

Yummy Gummies for a tasty treat each day and support stress relief
I ordered these stress relief adult gummies with GABA and L-Theanine by Vitamatic.These were delicious, very tasty and easy to eat. I can always use a little extra stress relief and I found tgese to be delightful. Very good taste, enjoyed the flavor and texture of these gummies. I often would just suck on them as they melted away. I can’t say for certain about stress relief, but I can say I felt good for the month I took these.

Love it. Great taste and helps support my stress levels
First of all, I value that I am familiar with Vitamatic vitamin name and the product has the GMP logo. That helps my confidence when evaluating a supplement. I also like that these are gluten free and non GMO; i feel that indicates a high quality supplement.I like that these gummies are only 3 main ingredients and not a smorgasbord of stuff. These 3 main ingredients seem to work well together.The gummies themselves have an excellent taste although I have a hard time explaining the taste. It tastes sort of like a combination of tart cherry and raspberry…sort of. Taste is excellent though. The texture is good and similar to a regular gummy bear. No aftertaste either.It did not trigger my IBS, which is a good thing.I do notice that it does a good job of supporting my sleep cycle and I feel less stressed at bedtime.Overall a very good supplement. A minor complaint regarding why I decided on 4 stars instead of 5 stars… There is no indication (that I can see on the bottle) of the country of manufacture or the country source of the ingredients, and likewise I don’t see any indication of independent 3rd party lab testing. If those things could be addressed, this could be a 5 star supplement in my opinion. For now, I say 4 stars.

Tastiest gummies I’ve tried! The flavor and texture are excellent, and I was sad when they were gone.I have found gummy vitamins and supplements to be less about trying to supplement my health, and more about having a gummy snack in a sugar free, but tasty format.These gummies are a nice texture, with a consistency very much like a standard gummy, but with a slightly firmer exterior. They have a satisfying mouth feel. The taste is pleasant, and not much different from a gummy candy.By combining this gummy with a variety of other gummies containing different supplements, I am able to create for myself a sweet treat that is either very low or no sugar, and may also have some health benefits. Since I can’t place total confidence in a gummy to provide nutrition, I can at least count on it to satisfy a sweet tooth.It’s very important to thoroughly chew gummy vitamins to ensure that you do absorb as much of the vitamin or mineral content as possible. This will also avoid any potential throat irritation.
