Convenient packets
I’m not really a blueberry girl but the taste wasn’t overwhelming. I really like the take and go packets…very convenient. The product seemed work on bringing down my stress levels some. The only down side is the xylitol ingredient I believe is triggering my IBS so I will probably stop using it. Shame!

Best tasting one
Taste is decent for the amount given son loves the taste and its slowly improving his mood. If you’re looking for a ashwaganda that’s taste decent this is it. Can’t wait for my next delivery.

Love how simple it is
For some reason the packaging and form of the supplement makes it exciting to take. I’m not a pill person so when I have to take my supplements in capsule, it’s a dreadful feeling. I enjoy the simplicity and on the go it is. It is a little expensive and I go through it within less than 2 weeks and have to reorder, however, I get why. It does taste good and there’s no lumps or anything and straight up liquid. Performance wise, haven’t noticed anything yet just started for a month. But I have been reordering.

Waste of Money
These arrived half melted together. So half were unusable. The taste is awful, but I gave them a try anyway. After 5 nights I quit taking them because they did absolutely nothing compared to my previous brand. Since they are non-returnable it’s a waste of money.

Most effective ashwaghanda I’ve tried
I’ve taken ashwaghanda on + off over the past 7-8 years in various forms (powder in coffee/smoothies, capsules). I could never quite tell if it was actually doing anything for me.I had a baby last year and as such I am woken up frequently in the middle of the night. Taking this before bed MARKEDLY reduces the cortisol spike I experience when I’m woken up by the baby crying, making it noticeably easier for me to fall back asleep quickly. I can tell a huge difference when I don’t take this.It helps me sleep very soundly without any grogginess or weird dreams that come with some other sleep enhancers.I wish the price was a bit lower. I do cycle on and off of this (2 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off) to avoid the potential anhedonia effects of long term ashwaghanda use.
