Supports higher quality sleep for me than just a Melatonin spray
OK, admit this upfront, this is a company whose products I’ve always found worked well for me and have been consistent quality over time- and by over time, I mean 20+ years of personal experience with their Liposomal products.I only became aware of this Liposomal sleep formula recently when checking to see how many Core Med products are on Amazon. I cannot comment on whether its the Liposomal aspect or the inclusion of GABA and Glutathione in their “proprietary blend” that makes the difference for me; obviously YMMV, but as a healthy (by my metabolic panels and doctors opinion) and active 73 year old, this works fine for me, especially if getting to bed late and needing an early rise, and desiring a solid block of sleep but with normal REM/dream patterns at the end.If you have tried or are using other spray melatonin products (experience with several in my case), try this one- you may find that like me, you really like it.

Definitely Works for Me!
Really Works for me. But… it’s not like it’s going to knock you out, it slows down the body and mind so that you can slowly drop off to sleep. When I don’t use it, my mind wanders, sometimes all night!As I lay in bed, I also do this: when a thought comes into my mind, I say “This thought can wait”. After 3-4 times, BOOM! I wake up in the AM after a restful sleep.

Works surprisingly well
I was surprised at how well this works. I typically need a large dose of melatonin to get to sleep for various reasons. Normally I take two 10 mg capsules. I started off with the max dose of this (6 pumps) and was asleep very quickly. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the taste isn’t great. It took some getting used to, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.

So my experience with this product is that it takes a while to help you fall asleep so that in the morning, You still want to sleep when you should be feeling rested and ready to start your day. Not a fan. Magnesium works better for me, no drowsiness in the AM, I just feel Good!

Worst sleep, induced nightmares
Edit: I tried it again for a 3rd time. Still having nightmares while on it. How my mind conjures up the things it does when taking this spray, is beyond me. But it’s enough to have the opposite effect and keep me up at night. Won’t be trying it anymore.First review: It did in fact get me tired quick, but also gave me worse sleep. I woke up every 1-2 hours from nightmares. As soon as I went back to sleep I dreamed of more nightmares for the whole night. I woke up from these night terrors about 4 or 5 times throughout the night, it was not fun and I’m more exhausted than ever. This was my 2nd time using it, the first night I also had nightmares.

Definitely finds it helps fall asleep!
The directions say to start with 1 pump of this Liposomal Sleep Formula and work your way up to 6 pumps. You take it orally in your mouth and the consistency is just super watery with a sweet smell and taste, with a tart to it – almost like a sweet tart lol. It is easy to swallow because it’s the consistency of water. There’s a slight after taste which is quick and washes right away with a swig of water. If I’m not sleeping my go to is usually Benadryl! Don’t judge! But it’s so nice to have a more natural method to count on also. I toss and turn a lot with things on my mind before bed. I took up to 4 pumps (with the most recommended being 6) and I definitely felt it calmed my mind and was able to drift off to sleep easier than normal.

Non pharmaceutical approach to sleep
After struggling with sleep and being unwilling to use pharmaceuticals to sleep. My doctor recommended tis spray! Just 4 squirts before bedd has really improved my sleep! And I don’t wake up groggy!

Very potent formula. Difficult to administer
I gave this product 5 stars because–for ME–it works. I suffer from a number of auto-immune disorders as well as chronic pain and usually wake up in the night at least 2-3 times (had a sleep study done and have no sleep problems related to anything but the pain I’m in). I’ve tried quite a few different formulas of melatonin: melt-aways, pills, gummies as well as other sprays. This formula with the GABA and the glutathione REALLY has made a difference in my overall quality and amount of sleep. I will wake up in the middle of the night, however only once or twice a week instead of 1-2 times a night. My dreams have returned, and I wake up feeling pretty good.I started using this spray with 2 pumps and have settled now after 2 months of use that 4 works best for me. If I’m already tired, I will use 2-3.My gripe is that the pump spray that delivers the product is woefully incomplete. The spray leaks and of course when you get near the bottom of the bottle only the Lord knows how MUCH you’re getting. Decided to get a set of cheap plastic pipettes and am now going to go by the drop and see how that works.Maybe instead of this spray pump the manufacturer could put a dropper instead? Yes droppers have their difficulties too…but I’ve made the mistake of spraying one spray too many and was pretty groggy the rest of the day. Just a suggestion.Please know that this is MY experience, and I realize that melatonin products are very personal. Hey the tablets, melts and gummies didn’t work for me. I understand how important sleep is to all and feel for all of you who have difficulties like I do. I hope and pray that you find your answers.
