Really Works
I was nervous to try a sleep aid – you never know with these things. This one really worked. I was relaxed and sleeping in about an hour after taking. I started with only 1 capsule – not the recommended 2. I did have a hard time waking up, but the feeling went away quickly. No other “side effects” that I noticed. I took it for 2 days and on the third day I did not, and fell asleep without taking a capsule. Will use when I need it. It works well. Definitely recommend.

Great Product, it really helps, its a blend and it has 5mg Melatonin per capsule.NOTE: you have to take it 30 mins prior the hour of sleep and turn off any screen to relax.

Helps for asleep and stay asleep get good nights rest
For years I thought I was an insomniac until I found this product which has five brain chemicals in it, and I realized I had been fed bad food, and my brain was reacting to the nutrients and staying awake. Once I got the proper brain chemicals, I’ve been sleeping so good I am absolutely amazed and grateful.
