Love these magnesium gummies for bedtime. They are natural and have clean ingredients. They taste very good but not super sweet. They help the sleep quality of my children as well as being a good alternative to melatonin.

This magnesium helps my children, ages 7 and 10, calm down and fall asleep quickly at night. It worked from the first package, and we’ve been taking it for a year now. We’ve tried others, but so far, these are the only ones I’ve seen results with. I’d be cautious about giving it to very young children, as it contains sugar.

I give these to my kiddo every night 1 hr before bedtime and it works like a charm and he falls right a sleep. If it wasn’t for this vitamin, he would be up so late on school nights 🤦♀️

Effective for my son, Great ingredients & taste
We love these gummies. My son loves the taste, and won’t go to bed without them. I love the ingredients having no melatonin, low to no sugar content, and having vegetable dye instead of artificial food coloring. I believe they are effective for him. We even give him one gummy before school (serving is 2) to help keep him calm and focused.

We suspect this caused nosebleeds in our 3.5-year-old.
This product may work well for most children – but we suspect that for our son, it caused nosebleeds.Initially, we only gave this product to our 3.5-year-old occasionally (dosing according to package instructions) with no apparent issues. Then we started giving one to him on a nightly basis, and after a few days to a week he started having nightly nosebleeds. After four days of nosebleeds we stopped giving him this product to see if it made a difference, and the nosebleeds stopped. He has never been prone to nosebleeds before, and has not had another one since we stopped giving him this product.Without formal testing of some kind, we can’t know for certain this was the cause – or which ingredient he was reacting to. But we wanted to leave this review in case anyone else had a similar issue.

These seem to have really helped my almost four year old son calm down at night. He has less difficulty falling asleep, he is less anxious when I drop him off at daycare, and he hasn’t been having as many tantrums. He also loves the flavor!
