Clear clean water
I love this pitcher. For the price point it’s been great. The lid has never popped off like other reviewers have stated. So simple to set up. I live in an area where the water smells wretched. Like exceeding amounts of chlorine or sulphur. I saw this pitcher and thought it’d be a better choice rather than adding things to all my faucets. The water fills up relatively quickly and tastes clean..no bad taste no smell. Best part is I use it to rinse my eyes since the faucet water was giving me steyes..yes multiple ones in each eye! Now with this and ocuclear foam to wash..all better. Best purchase I’ve made and ther was a coupon for filter refills

I am loving this 7 cup PUR pitcher. Easy to fill and not overly heavy. I use it to fill my Keurig daily and save on bottled water.

This is a great pitcher except the lid will not stay on no matter what.
When you are pouring the water into your cup the white part of the top of the lid comes off it does not snap on completely no matter how much you try how much you maneuver it it does not stay put so you have to hold your hand in order to pour the water into a glass not that big of a deal but it’s a little annoying beyond that it’s a great water filter picture perfect size for the fridge and the water tastes great the design is the issue.

I’ve been using this water filter pitcher for two years now, and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The size is just right, fitting comfortably in my refrigerator without taking up too much space. It’s a relief to finally have a pitcher that’s actually designed with practicality in mind, considering how many are either too bulky or too small.What really sold me on this pitcher initially, and continues to impress me, is the performance. The capacity is ample for my needs, and I appreciate the consistent water flow. The filter itself does an excellent job, providing clean, refreshing water every time. Best of all, I haven’t encountered any issues or problems with it in the two years I’ve owned it, making it a reliable and worthwhile purchase.

Happy with PUR picture.
I am very happy with this filtered water pitcher. I had one other before this, can’t remember brand but was an Amazon recommended one, and the water had an odd taste. I have been happy with the taste of my water with this PUR product. I feel it is a good price and the replacement filters are not too crazy expensive. I have been diligent to replace every 2 months. Mine doesn’t have a light to remind me to replace but I didn’t want that option, just wanted something simple and effective. Depending on if you fill it directly from a refrigerator water dispenser, some fridge designs may make it difficult to fill through the lid-lift feature at the top, but the lid is easily removable and that is how I fill mine.

It works good. Tastes good.Make sure to put the blue insert in correctly. I couldn’t get the cover to sit on right. I was ready to toss it. I took it back apart, and when I put it back together again the cover fit perfectly. I didn’t realize there was a difference in the front and back top of the blue insert. Lesson learned.This fits perfectly in the door pocket of my RV, which is what I bought it for. You never know what’s in the water at campgrounds, so this way I don’t have to carry clean water, just a clean pitcher with a filter!

For a few days the Pur Plus filter that came with the pitcher drained the 4-cup tray in 20 minutes. The drain time got longer every day until after 7-10 days it took 4-5 hours to drain the tray. I closely followed online instructions to de-clog the filter (turn upside down, shake vigorously until granules move freely, rinse drain ports for 30 sec cold then 30 sec warm). This reduced drain time to 3-4 hours for one day, then it was back to 6 hours. I call Pur and they sent another filter no charge : ) But the same thing happened. I’ve seen many similar complaints online. Pur should should stop selling this product that doesn’t work as advertised.

In the set of photos given the dimensions for this pitcher are given but are actually for the pitcher that is the next size up. It gives the capacity in cups as well so I should have measured that instead but I measured my broken pitcher that this one was to replace and it was the same.

Water is barely dripping through the filter after 10-15 uses. Have followed all the steps suggested in the FAQ of the manufacturer to no avail. Waste of money.

Received this and it had obviously already been returned by someone else. The water filter package was already open and the filter was soaking wet. Pretty bad!
