Best water filter and customer support
Waterdrop filters are one of the best filters available which are effective and affordable. I took it specifically for chlorine and other impurities.I took waterdrop filter about 1.5 years ago. I changed the first stage filter and the water stopped working. I contacted customer support and they sent me first and second stage filter at no extra cost. But that did not work. The issue was with the unit. So they sent me a new unit with filters to fix the issue.Andrew from customer support was very knowledgeable. He understood the issue and made sure it’s resolved with minimal communication.

Excellent replacement for rip-off “American” systems
Got this to replace my RAINSOFT Hydrefiner II after they tried to extort $400 for a simple replacement of two filters! The RAINSOFT system started exhibiting the same low-flow issues you see in some of the reviews here — that means your filter needs to be replaced as the membrane is so swollen it is no longer allowing water through.As RAINSOFT customers well know — RAINSOFT locks you into proprietary purchasing — you can’t get replacement parts, under some flimsy notion that they need to meet expectation yards-yadda — it’s all made in China! Their “factories” are nothing more than a person in some warehouse somewhere receiving shipments from China.So what pay 400% of the price of something you can get for… normal price?Made the easy choice — after checking that replacements would be available — and never happier. The water passed the kids-n-wife test too — thumbs up all around.I did have to order an additional John Guest attachment to use my existing connections — a simple enough feat for any truly red-blooded American.Photo included to show that you too can install a simple John Guest elbow and John Guest T-splitter to provide water for your refrigerator AND sink tap!
