I like the gel caps version better
This form of the product does not work as well as the gel caps. I still continue to get leg cramps & have not been sleeping nearly as good as i did with the gel caps. However, the gel caps are always out of stock, so i thought id give this version a try.

This stuff is amazing!!! I was not sleeping at all. Waking every night with leg cramps. The first night I started using this product I slept 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

No sleep support
I have used Mag R&R (capsule) – muscle recovery and sleep support for four months. I used to buy it from Amazon for free shipping for Amazon Prime Members but it is no longer available at Amazon. Instead SALT WRAP is now marketing it the so called a better product as Instant Drink Mix. I purchased a Tropical Cherry flavor. I was happy with the CAPSULE version but the drink version does not work for me. Note that It is taken before the bed time.1. The flavor taste lingers for a long time and could not sleep.2. It made me feel like vomiting.3. I have multiple bathroom visits at night due to prostate issues. Drinking R&R instant drink before bed time made bathroom visits even worse.4. Instead sleep support it was supposed to give it was just the opposite.FYI: This product is ineligible for return.

Works to relieve restless leg!
Initially bought this product for irritating muscle twitching that kept me awake at night and bothered me during the day. This happens to me every so often. The great thing about mag r and r is that it is a safe and effective sleeping aid while at the same time healing your muscles while you sleep.
