Not just any water filter
Perfect, easy to use, easy to fill, easy to carry, pure alkaline water taste. You could compare the taste to the O2 alkaline water that they sell everywhere. Doesn’t smell or leak, and rarely needs to be charged. Great value for the money you’re saving on alkaline water bottles. Very durable and resistant to scratches or marks.

This is a great counter top water filter that makes my tap water taste delicious. It is slightly noisy but not obnoxious just getting used to hearing it when dispensing water. But overall it was worth it and saves me money because I don’t need to buy bottled water all the time. Plus it helps save the planet by reducing plastic waste! I love the size of it being my countertop isn’t huge. The water it dispenses is clean clear and tasty! I use it daily! Also the battery life is impressive I only charged it one time so far and it keeps on working on that single charge. I not only use it for drinking water but to put in my water tank of my coffee maker and if we boil water for pasta or rice. Way better than tap water with all the contaminants in it.

Easy and practical
Love this filter. The battery lasts long— I have had it for a few months and only needed to charge it once. I haven’t had to change the filter yet, so that’s a plus. I wish the tank was a little bigger, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.My house has hard well water. This filter COMPLETELY gets rid of the metallic taste in the water. I noticed the water is smoother, and if I let it dry in the cup I don’t have any hard water stains. It doesn’t take up too much room in the counter, and its easy to fill. unexpected pro if you’re a little clumsy like me: you have to double tap the button to turn it on. So if you walk by and your arm lightly hits the button, it will not automatically turn on and make a mess. I had this issue with a different brand in the past, so I was glad to see they thought of this with the design.

Great Taste, Excellent Customer Service.
I use spring water and this pitcher somehow makes it taste even smoother and fresher. Can’t say if it filters any impurities, but I can 100% tell the taste and texture are better.My first one stopped charging and dispensing after a while, so I knocked off a star. But Waterdrop’s customer service blew me away. I sent them a short video of the problem and they overnighted me a brand new one. Works perfectly now. Great water, great people behind it.

I had no idea before I ordered this but it turns out this is battery operated! Oh my gosh that is so amazing. The water filter is great! Compared to most of our states, our city has one of the best tapwaters. Or so I thought. I put it into this to use on my coffee bar. Tried it and it was an absolute game changer! It tastes exactly like Smart water. Fits great where I need it to. And very affordable and great storage capacity.

I hardly leave a review, but I my 5 stars here go to Waterdrop’s customer service. I received a unit that I doubted was used and returned by a previous Amazon customer. The filter signal went red after only 3 weeks. So I reached out to the seller and they promtly sent me a replacement (a new unit + a filter). Unfortunatly, the replacement I received was broken due to shipping. I reached out again and they sent me another one. This time it was perfect. I thanked them over email and they sent me 2 other filters as a gift for my patience. The whole process was made easy and smooth thanks to Harper, the Customer Service Rep.The product is decent and worth the money. Super easy to install as well.

Besonders gut finde ich, dass der Filter nicht nur Kalk und Chlor entfernt, sondern auch schädliche Stoffe wie Blei, Quecksilber und PFAS reduziert. Das gibt ein gutes Gefühl, gesundes Wasser zu trinken.Die Filterleistung ist beeindruckend: 1.757 Liter pro Filter sind wirklich eine Menge, was bedeutet, dass man sich für Monate keine Gedanken um den Filterwechsel machen muss. I bought this water filter to take away with me to the caravan where we always holiday, as the one in my fridge is far too big to vacation with. From the moment I opened the box, I knew this was going to be a fantastic product – it looks classy, it’s very well made, and the filtering process is very high quality – rather than the usual gravity-fed filter, it has an electric pull filter, which filters the water as it’s drawn through the pipe and dispensed via the tap. The filtering is to an even better level than my gravity fed water filter at home.The lid comes off easily, allowing you to fill the reservoir with ease – and clear markers indicate the minimum and maximum levels. You don’t have the device plugged in all the time – you charge the onboard battery via a usb-c lead, then it’s charged for weeks of use. I keep mine in the fridge at the caravan, it doesn’t take up much space, and provides me with an abundance of cold, filtered water that allows me to stay hydrated through the day. The water tastes great – I even use it to fill the kettle and coffee machine as well as for cold drinks. There is a little bit of noise as the pump draws the water through, but it’s certainly not loud or disturbing – I’m happy to use it through the night when others are sleeping relatively nearby.The handle is a decent size, and it’s reassuring when you’re transporting the unit full of water from the sink to the fridge, or onto the table.Operating it is a breeze – simple press the touch sensitive button to turn the unit on, press again to dispense filtered water, then press once more to stop dispensing. It automatically turns itself off. The filter is designed to last 3 months – 3 times as long as my usual water filter, and costs the same as a monthly-replaced filter, so you’re saving a decent amount on filters over the year with just 3 replacements rather than 12.When all’s said and done, I think this is a fantastic water filter – the filtered water tastes great, is reassuringly clean, and takes away any worries about the tap water quality.
