This RO system is everything that is advertised. The Waterdrop G3P800 Reverse Osmosis System, arrived double boxed and very secure. Everything to install the system is included.The supplied water adapter is one of the nicest and easiest to use. Was a snap to install it between the cold water line and kitchen sink faucet. The PE tubing was easy to install and work with back to the unit. All are color coded. They also supply a tube cutter to cut your tubing.I had to rewire the Garbage Disposal to get an electrical box under our sink. (120+ year old home has its challenges.) Search for Garbage Disposal Wireless Switch Kit, Remote Control Outlet and the InSinkErator Garbage Disposal Power Cord Kit. These will be needed if you Garbage Disposal was direct wired and you are needing to convert it to a plug in that will work with the Waterdrop RO. I put a dual outlet box on the wire that was originally direct wired into the Disposal.The installation once you have an electric outlet is quite straight forward. Their instructions are easy to read and extremely accurate. They walk you through the whole installation process step by step and no issues. One of the big reasons that I purchased it was the way the filters twist in the unit. They are a breeze to put in, and will be very easy to change them when the need to be replaced. Only a quarter turn and they are securely installed or removed.I tested the old RO system that I was replacing and it was 73ppm. The new Waterdrop system shows 12ppm on the RO faucet and the main unit display, and when the water was tested with an independent tester it also showed 12ppm. Our tap water just for reference tests at 463ppm.The water flow is excellent and you can easily fill your water bottles, tea kettles, and pots for cooking with, very quickly. I had my Wife and the real water snob in the house, Oliver (one of our Standard Poodles) who will demand that you get him fresh water every time he wants a drink. They both love the taste of the water!Overall it is a great system and very easy to install. It is worth every bit of its cost.Updated 10-29-2024This system is unbelievable, the best tasting water. We have bought a new refrigerator and have bought the Waterdrop Ice Maker Kit.. Everything you need is right there. Hooked up and had working in less than 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go get some 90 degree elbows for the 1/4 tubing. Takes longer to route the water line than the actual installation.The quality of the water has even improved. We find the unit back flushing quite often, to keep the system producing the best water. Shows between 6 and 9 ppm now. We will be installing another at my Wife’s business as she loves the water taste. Our dogs now drink twice the water they use too… My friends with the same Water Drop RO systems have said the same thing… Their Dogs love the water…I feel it has been one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

After 25 years of using a traditional 5-stage reverse osmosis system, I decided to take a chance on Waterdrop—and I’m glad I did. During a remodel of our weekend beach home, I installed the Waterdrop G2P600. We were so impressed with the performance that I later installed the G3P800 at our primary residence.Both systems are paired with the PMT Small Water Pressure Tank, which I highly recommend. It significantly improves water flow and provides a steady stream. I also added the Remineralization Filter, which raises the TDS slightly—still under 85 ppm—providing beneficial minerals. Without it, the TDS is below 20. For context, our unfiltered tap water has a TDS of 380 ppm, and we use water softeners at both locations.What I appreciate most is the ease of filter replacement. Compared to the traditional 5-stage systems, the slight increase in filter cost is well worth the convenience and cleanliness of the Waterdrop units. Installation was simple, water flow is excellent, and the compact design frees up under-sink space since there’s no bulky 5-gallon tank. The pump sound is minimal and not bothersome at all.We did encounter an issue at our primary home where the system wasn’t functioning properly. After extensive troubleshooting with Waterdrop support, we discovered the issue wasn’t the unit itself but a small hole in the 1/4” tubing that runs under the kitchen floor to the refrigerator. Waterdrop’s customer service—especially Krystal—was fantastic. She was patient, responsive, and worked with me until the problem was solved. Because of her exceptional support, I’m giving Waterdrop a full 5 stars.Shoutout to Krystal for going above and beyond!

I recently installed the Waterdrop G3P800 with the WD-MNR35 remineralization filter, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This system exceeded my expectations in every way.Installation:Straightforward and well-documented. I opted not to use the provided smart faucet and instead ran the remineralized, UV-treated line directly to my fridge (LG SRFB27S3). I did need to purchase an extra press-fit-to-threaded adapter and a 10′ length of 1/4″ food-grade water line to make the connection, but that gave me the flexibility I needed. The included hose cutter was a nice bonus — it made clean, accurate cuts that ensured leak-free connections.Performance:The water and ice are completely odorless and tasteless, just pure and fresh — exactly what I wanted. My fridge’s water dispenser now fills a 1.14 L bottle in no time, thanks to noticeably improved water pressure. The unit itself is surprisingly quiet, and because of its small footprint, I didn’t even have to move the garbage can under my sink — which I had expected to.Final Thoughts:The build quality, ease of install, compact design, and excellent performance make this a solid 5-star product. Being able to run the filtered, remineralized water to my fridge without any taste or smell is a huge win. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their drinking water at the source and through their refrigerator.

Donc laisser le système faire et suivre : et tout se passe bien.- bien positionné le filtre UV juste avant le robinet dans le bon sens- à l utilisation mon TDS est de 20.- par contre je n ai pas mis de filtre remineralisation : J utilise pour le moment pour mon eau que je bois directement des comprimés achetés en parapharmacie qui reminerlise et vitamines.Le modèle est G3P800 : le débit est le juste minimum qu il faut.Donc au final, content de mon achat car ce modèle est certifié selon des standards sérieux : une fiche de performance est d ailleurs livré avec le produit.

This will save you any potential hassle or downtime.Despite the RO filter availability needing some forethought, the convenience, water quality, and flawless operation of the Waterdrop G3P800 earn it a solid 5 stars from me.
