Update – 4/15/ 2025I replaced my PRE filter on 4-14-25 and my VOC filter on 4-15-25.That is just a little over 6 month life span for those 2 filters. My water is considered moderately hard. It in my opinion a 6 month life span for 6 carafes filtered daily is a good performance. I just purchased the descaling Kit and have yet to use it.My Carafe is still preforming well, with no issues_____________________________Update since I have received itPurchased during October Prime Day 2024Still, nothing to complain about. The unit is a nice size for my counter. It still makes great-tasting water.To the manufacturer – Can you make the unit in Blue? Absolutely terrible.The filter arrived faulty, with a hole in the bottom of it which caused it to leak all over my kitchen and floor, causing huge damage. I contacted the manufacturer in the USA and they advised me to return it due to a manufacturing fault.After returning it with great difficulty, the seller refused to give me a full refund and has kept the majority of my money even though it was damaged during manufacturing.I have complained to Amazon and have tried to get a refund through them and after more than 3 weeks of chasing them up, I still haven’t got my full refund.I really regret buying this from this seller and wish I could turn back the clock and reverse my decision.Avoid buying this at all costs!
