Effective and good quality.
My 2 year old is very hyperactive and struggles to calm down and go to sleep. We give him a half of one around 30 min before we want him to lay in bed. There are nights when he has played super hard all day and doesn’t need it to fall asleep. Some days we do have to give him a whole one, but not often. They taste good, great quality, and effective. I haven’t noticed any kind of side effects in my son, from them and he hasn’t become dependent one them either. We will definitely be buying these again. They do stick together, but all gummy vitamins/meds do. We just tip it upside down and pull one out with our fingers. Not a big deal.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I have purchased these sleep gummies with melatonin quite a few times for my son who is special needs. We switched from a different melatonin gummy brand as I was looking for something more natural with less melatonin and bad ingredients with the intention or weening him off of melatonin over time. These have been great, and my son loves them. He takes them with no problem, and I’ve actually seen a difference in his behaviors since switching brands. With the higher dose of melatonin before the switch, he was very irritable, agitated, and started having trouble sleeping and staying asleep. After switching there’s been a significant improvement. I would recommend these to anyone needing a little help getting their kiddos to have a good nights rest without the guilt. Love these!

We started these to get away from melatonin and they work fantastic! Took a few days to get it in the system but are fantastic now!

Keep your money
Don’t waste your money they do not work. I gave to my almost three before bed because he was bouncing off the walls full of energy and it didn’t slow him down one bit. Also because they are gelatin free they don’t have a yummy gummy consistency which my toddler also didn’t like. I guess it healthier but not really what I expected. They also came stuck together when being shipped I’m sure it was just the heat.

These are great supplements. We have been using them for 2 years now and they help with calming in the evenings and a full night of sleep without using melatonin.

Magnesium over Melatonin
I prefer the magnesium gummies over the melatonin. Simply because I do not want to create a bad sleeping habit where my children depend on melatonin to go to sleep. They love the texture of the gummy and says it tastes just like their Welch’s gummies they eat daily. I give this to my children about 30 minutes before I am ready for them to go to bed and it affects them within that timeframe where they are ready to go to bed if they have not already fallen asleep. They wake up feeling refreshed and have said that they have slept well the next morning. I think it is a great price for the product quality and quantity. We do not give these to our children every night as they do not need them every night, but when they need that extra help to wind down into a later hour then we anticipated, is when we give it.
