Effective for Calming Stress and Anxiety
This was a surprising buy, I felt both energetic and tired at the same time after taking this supplement. I would say that it was quite calming so it does what it sets out to do.The capsules have zero taste and are in the shape of little hearts which is cute and interesting.If your goal is to take kava without the mouth numbing I hear about with the powders then this is an amazing alternative.I did not have any side effects and I usually do with supplements so that was a pleasant surprise. I would assume that means the product is relatively high quality, the blend itself is very nice and shows an appreciation for different supplements that affect adjascent areas like stress and anxiety.The size is great here, I would say it is a little smaller than a normal capsule in length so it may be easier to swallow in that way.The pain relief is minor, it will not help at the same level as an ibuprofen or aspirin but it could be a great supplemental pair to those. They would deal with the pain and inflammation while this deals with the stress that comes from that and it would calm you too.The value is excellent here, a 60 day supply (120 count) for around 35USD$ on sale is a great find. I highly recommend waiting for a sale like that which is what I did.
