Impressive, fall asleep quickly, time-released and liposomal tech, easy to swallow softgel.
I like to use melatonin in moderation usually when I have trouble falling asleep, these soft gel capsules are small and super easy to swallow, and it just takes one!, the softgels have liquid internals so try not to squeeze or squish them, as for function, so far they are working as I expected, I fell asleep after about 30 minutes of taking a softgel, and I slept through the night without waking up so I feel like the time release feature is working as intended, these also pack a punch at 15 mg of melatonin per serving, plus the extra support ingredients are nice bonus, I woke up feeling clear-headed and well-rested, of course I plan to take them only as needed.What stands out to me is that they are time released and use liposomal tech for maximum absorption, besides for melatonin, these also contain vitamins (C, B6), l-theanine, phosphatidylcholine, 5-HTP, magnesium and GABA, as-well as a herbal blend (ashwagandha, valerian, chamomile, passionflower), I also appreciate it’s an american product, non-gmo, made with usa and imported ingredients, and is also made in a GMP facility.Overall I highly recommend, push-down & rotate safety type cap, provides 120 softgels, the exp date on the bottle I received is September 2027.

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count.This product is reportedly made in the US and states that it is tested for purity and safety. Unfortunately there isn’t much additional information about 3rd party testing for quantities of the stated ingredients at this time which companies occasionally post but is unfortunately rare for most of them.Each dose is 1 soft gel so you get 120 doses, which is good. The actual stated amount of melatonin is pretty high compared to other supplements so honestly I was a little concerned about the effect. Fortunately these didn’t seem to cause any excess grogginess or problems the next morning and did seem to help induce sleep more quickly. That could relate to pretty significant variance in bioavailability with different sources and formulations of the melatonin.This supplement also seems to include a number of extra sleep supporting components including magnesium (although a relatively low dose so might not fully replace other needs for magnesium supplement) as well as L Theanine, gaba and tryptophan. So I am sure those help at least a little bit as well.Seems to be an effective product and at $30 you get an over 4 month supply if you are taking them frequently which is a solid value.

The Liposomal Melatonin works very well in helping me sleep and keeping me asleep all night long. I’ve been having a lot of issues with sleeping due to things going on in my life and this helps me get a full night sleep. I don’t have to lay down awake at all hours thinking of the life’s issues. I wake up feeling very refreshed after taking this.The softgels are very easy to swallow and I only need a small amount of water so no waking up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. It didn’t taste anything to me and there was no aftertaste either. This is a high quality melatonin as it includes magnesium, GABA, 5-HTP and botanical blends.I’m very satisfied with this product and will keep taking it as needed.

Good quality and easy to swallow
The Liposomal Melatonin Sleep Supplement worked very well. I’m going through peri-menopause and sleep seems escape me.The pill is a manageable size and it’s a gel coated, so it’s easier to take. I felt this worked as well as other Melatonin options I’ve taken. I slept soundly and felt well rested when I awoke. I didn’t feel groggy the next day either, which is a plus!Overall, this Melatonin is highly effective, delivers great sleep quality, and is a top-noych quality supplement.

Works Great With No Side Effects
I am very happy with how this product works for both myself and my husband. It’s not too strong to where you feel it “hit” you all of a sudden but when I fall asleep, I sleep hard. My husband is about double my weight and just 1 pill works the same for him. He almost never sleeps through the night but he has been able to when using this. Another very important thing for me is how I feel the next day. I wake up feeling fine, and it doesn’t cause me to feel drowsy or lazy.

They work for me
This is a good melatonin supplement. It’s easy to swallow with just one fairly small soft gel and it seems to kick in quickly. This is a high dose of time release melatonin and it also contains several other supplements that also can support relaxation/sleep. It seems like a solid lineup to me.I like that the gel caplets are vegetarian and that it’s made in the U.S. in a certified facility. The bottle contains a 120-day supply, which makes it a decent value at $29.99.

These are a major win! I got these for my husband, who has had sleep problems for many, many years. He’s taken melatonin, magnesium, even the PM versions of over the counter (which I don’t like for him). None really do the job. I saw these and hoped they might be a better alternative to those and if they worked even some it might be better than those.Well, they work better! He said he really likes them and he’s slept better taking them than he has in decades. He actually sleeps through the night (seriously, this is a big deal!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The softgels are small, purple and you only need one. 🙂
